Start a confidential conversation.
HOC engages institutional clients across the GCC. If your communication operation needs the kind of work described elsewhere on this site, reach out directly. The first conversation carries no commitment, sets no expectation, and is held in confidence.
In-person meetings by appointment. Most first conversations are video or telephone.
What the first conversation looks like.
Most institutional engagements begin with a 30 – 60 minute conversation between the prospective client principal and a senior HOC partner. The conversation is exploratory: we map the institutional context, the communication challenge as you understand it, and what success would look like over the next twelve to twenty-four months.
There is no obligation to proceed, no commercial commitment, and nothing in writing until both sides have agreed there is a fit. Confidentiality applies from the first conversation, whether or not an engagement follows.
If a clear fit emerges, we follow with a written engagement scope — typically within ten working days — that sets out the engagement model, team, cadence, deliverables, and the commercial structure. If no clear fit emerges, we will say so directly.
Or reach out through the form.
For senior principals who prefer a written first contact, the form below routes directly to a senior practitioner. The four fields below are the minimum we need to respond meaningfully.
